QED Consulting and ESG.ai Announce Partnership to launch the Digital Global Ethics & Integrity Benchmarks (GEIB) Platform

NEW YORK & LONDON — QED Consulting, a global leader in ethical governance, and ESG.ai, the next-generation AI-Driven ESG Ratings optimization platform, are pleased  to announce a Joint Venture (JV) partnership The strategic alliance aims to revolutionize how organizations measure and manage integrity through the development of a pioneering digital ethics platform.

The partnership combines QED Consulting’s decades of deep domain expertise in ethical benchmarking with ESG.ai’s cutting-edge analytical technology and issuer insights. The primary objective of the JV is to streamline and modernize the Global Ethics & Integrity Benchmarks (GEIB) methodology.  —a framework trusted by thousands of organizations, including the United Nations—into a sophisticated, data-driven digital ecosystem.

The Vision: Modernizing Ethical Excellence

Since its inception in 2009, the GEIB has served as the gold standard for benchmarking corporate integrity. However, in an era where stakeholder transparency is non-negotiable, “good intentions” are no longer sufficient. The new Digital GEIB (D-GEIB)will allow organizations to move beyond manual assessments, providing organizations with a systemic, AI-enhanced lens into the status of their ethical universe.

The platform will enable organizations to:

  • Assess: measure against specific benchmarks across 15 critical ethical categories.
  • Track Maturity: Establish baselines and monitor progress via automated reporting.
  • Analyze Nuance: View data through slicing demographic dimensions such as gender culture, level, tenure, etc..
  • Drive Strategy: Use AI-driven analytics to turn survey results into high-impact strategic plans.

Leadership Perspectives

“By partnering with ESG.ai, we are evolving the GEIB from a static framework into a dynamic, real-time tool for assessing global governance. This platform provides the ‘intelligence behind integrity’ that modern leaders need to navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.” — Alan Richter, PhD, President, QED Consulting

“We are thrilled to join forces with QED Consulting. Our mission at ESG.ai is to make complex data actionable, and there is no data more critical to an organization’s long-term sustainability than its ethical foundation. Together, we are setting a new standard for global integrity.” — Nicholas Miller, CEO of ESG.ai

The GEIB framework is specifically optimized for medium and large organizations operating in complex environments, providing year-round support from annual ethics reviews to AGM preparation and stakeholder perception surveys.
