His wide-ranging experience as a high technology executive includes over 30 years of direct P&L responsibility, along with extensive experience in technology start-ups, sales, marketing, licensing, software and hardware engineering, product development, and new product launches. Nicholas has served on the Boards of numerous public and privately traded companies in the US and Canada, as well as several non-profit Boards including Oceanwise.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a CPA-CGA. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors at the British Columbia Innovation Council and won the Forty Under 40 of Business in Vancouver in 2014.

He is a seasoned ESG and sustainability expert, brings 15+ years of experience in international business, banking, and sustainable finance. He has held visiting lecturer roles at Harvard, ESCP, Sorbonne, Audencia, and ESSCA, and is a frequent speaker at global sustainability conferences, including events in France and the Baltics. Kelly is committed to advancing data-driven ESG solutions that align with global sustainability goals and regulatory standards.

Mr. Baillavoine currently serves on the board of directors of CEL-SCI Corporation, a NYSE American-listed biotechnology company, and Gratomic Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange that produces anode material for the global electric vehicle and energy storage industries.
